OR DOES TIME SIMPLY HAVE ITS OWN AGENDA AND THEREFORE AGEING IS INEVITABLE

I am most definitely no goddess, but I do look younger than my years. and consider myself a living testament to managing youth from inside-out, all in the face of adversity.

WHO AM I,

AND WHAT THE HECK DO I KNOW?

So I’m 42 years of age and a mother of three children 10, 12, 14.  I’ve been self employed for more than 15 years and brought all my children up wheat and sugar free, therefore making all food from scratch, as well as carting health-full around on all our many outings.

I have endured my fair share of stresses too.  The usual; grievances, divorce, cancer in the family as well a good deal more. Like most people!

When I was 20 I developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which pretty much meant I had to give up on life as a young student.  This ‘wake up call’ initiated a fervent interest in all things healthy, from yoga to nutrition.  I rebuilt my health and diverged my interests.

Today, I am a Naturopathic Nutritionist with 22 years experience in wholist health and 10 years experience in clinical nutrition, to include genetic nutrition.

I profess to have read pretty much every self-help book on the market and tried pretty much every holistic approach to ‘health and well-being’ that exists out there.  To complete my reportoire I’ve trained in transcendental meditation, reiki, EFT, kinesiology, EMF Balancing.
