SO WHO AM I,

AND WHAT THE HECK DO I KNOW?

I’m a 43 year old mother of three beautiful children aged 10, 13 and 14.  I’ve been self employed for over 17 years, a challenge unto itself.

Our whole family is relatively nutrition and health conscious. Even when it was un-fashionable or socially excepted to do so, I brought all three of my children up ‘against the grain’; wheat free as well as sugar free. 

We believe in fresh foods in their natural unadulterated state. And organic when possible.  Lotions and baby care products were all paraben free

Like most people,I have endured my fair share of life’s stresses. The usual grievances, divorce, cancer in the family etc. But I also had some personal health issues too.  

When I was 20 I developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which pretty much meant I opted out of typical life as a young student. I suffered from anxiety and depression for many years. This ‘wake up call’ initiated a fervent interest in all things healthy, from yoga to nutrition.  I rebuilt my health and diverged my interests.

Today, I am a Naturopathic Nutritionist with 22 years experience in wholist health and 10 years experience in clinical nutrition, to include genetic nutrition. I love my work, I love the people I work with.  Today I feel truly blessed. 

I love to keep on trend and up to date with current thoughts in holistic health, Meaning I am always reading and learning.

It’s in my nature to practice what I preach. Dedicating time to self help, self care, self maintenance, whatever you wish to call it! And that’s how this was developed, and found its way to you!!
